Botanique offers a variety of freeze -driers to choose from for your freeze drying needs. Each unit is custom built when ordered. All Botanique freeze dryers are built in an ISO 9001 accredited factory, using the highest quality components available. Every model is built to surpass industry standards in quality, dependability, and serviceability. Orders are started once a 50% deposit has been placed. The remaining balance is due prior to the machine shipping. All machines come with a full year parts and labor warranty.

Model 18DX26
The 18DX26 is the perfect size freeze dryer for a home-based business or small retail store that is suited to a wide range of freeze-drying applications. Perfect for flowers, food and candy. A commercially designed tabletop freeze dryer scaled down to meet the demands of a small business. This unit is loaded with great features you would only expect to find in a large commercial freeze dryers.
This unit is fully programmable with the ability to hold over 100 recipes. Simple plug and play removable shelving that holds 4 full wedding bouquets per load. Each tray is individually heated and temperature controlled. With only a 6-7 drying cycle, you can process 16-20 bouquets a month or 192-240 bouquets a year! No matter if you are just starting a business or a seasoned professional, this machine is built for you!
This unit takes up the least about of space of all the machines. With a footprint of only 23 inches (width) by 24 inches (length) by 36 inches (Height) this unit can fit anywhere. It only requires a standard 20amp dedicated outlet. Just plug it in and start producing perfectly preserved product. The 18Dx26 includes private training, either 1 day in person at our training center in Reston, VA or an half day online.

The 20DX40 has food grade stainless chambers, shelving, and 10 removable trays, this unit has over 21 square feet of drying area. The 20DX40 is rated for approximately 520 domestic rose blooms or 10 full bouquets per load. This unit takes up very little space with a footprint of only 27.6 inches (width) by 64 inches (length). The 20DX40 is fully self-contained. Just plug it in and start producing perfectly preserved product. Built to operate on 220-230 volts, 50-60 cycle, 20 AMP single phase electrical. The unit is sold by itself or as part of a package that includes pre- and post-treatments, 2 days of one-on-one private training and crating/freight. A turnkey package option!
